Enlisted September 1861 and was discharged July 31, 1865 as a Sergeant. He was born 1 Jan 1838 in Illinois and died 1 apr 1886 in Winona, Missouri. He married Elizabeth Evans on 11 Jul 1858 in Johnson County, Illinois.
