William A. Downs

William A. Downs was born in 1824 at Culpepper, Virginia. He was married in 1848 to Mary Jane Thompson and they had 6 children. He is buried in Grave #7017, Section L, Vicksburg National Military Park, Vicksburg, Mississippi.
