David H. Heer

David H. Heer was born 1 May 1835 at Bietigheim, Baden, Germany and died 28 Feb 1908. He's buried at Greenwood Cemetere, Galena, Jo Daviess County, Illinois. David married Martha Evans on 20 Apr 1857 (she was born 7 Dec 1839, Montgomeryshire, Wales and died 1922). AThey had a total of 16 children, with only one (Sarah) dying soon after birth: Rufus, Walter, John, Jane (Ritter), James, Frank, Sarah, William, Rose, Leslie, George, Harry LeRoy, Christina (Combellick), Harvey, Estella (Parkins) and Florence.
